Exhibitor Profile Submission
Follow these steps to submit company information, logo, images and videos required.
Login
- Login to our content submission portal
- You should have received login information – customer id and password from the event organizer
- Enter the customer id, password and your email id to login
- Select the ‘Exhibitor‘ role
Company Information
- After you successfully login, you will see the form above to submit your company information
- Enter the company information, contact information and upload the company’s logo
Video Upload
- You have the option to provide a video. To update the video, go to the “Content” section and upload the video as shown above
- You can directly upload the video, or a youtube link, or vimeo link
Company Banner Image
- You have the option to provide a banner image. To update the banner, go to the “Content” section and upload the image as shown above
- For a better experience, the banner should be in wide rectangle format with size 500 x 500 pixels
- Image can be in .png or .jpg format
Product Documents
- You can upload upto three documents, preferably PDFs, to your company profile
- Scroll to “Documents” and upload your PDFs
Submit Profile
After entering the profile information and uploading your presentations click “Submit” to submit your profile
Edit Your Company Profile
If you would like to update your company information after submitting, you can login again with your login credentials and edit the profile.
