How to update my company profile?
Login
Login to the exhibitor portal
Enter your assigned “boothadmin” email id and “password” provided in the exhibitor instructions email.
Click on ‘Company Profile’ in the menu to submit or edit your company information
Company Information
Enter the company name, website, address in the company information section
- You have the option to provide a video. You can upload in the videos section
- You can directly upload the video, or a youtube link, or vimeo link
- You can upload the company Ad in the images section
- You can upload upto three documents, preferably PDFs, to your company profile
Lead Generation
In lead generation section you can enter the email id of your booth staff to scan the attendee badges
Product Reviews
- You can upload upto three product images, to your company profile
- You can describe few words about your product in the description
- After you are done, scroll down and click ‘Submit’
How to download the conference app?
For iPhone users:
- Search for EventsLite in the App Store or go to this link http://bit.ly/17Mk3Ib
- Enter colosna2025 for the event code.
- Username: Registered email id
- Password: colosna2025
For Android users:
- Search for EventsLite in Google Play Store or go to this link http://bit.ly/1hjiC3E
- Enter colosna2025 for the event code.
- Username: Registered email id
- Password: colosna2025
If you’ve already logged into the exhibitor portal, use those same credentials to log into the conference app. How to scan attendee’s badges?
- Login to conference app and tap on your booth and you will see your company profile
- In the company, profile tap scan icon, which will launch the scanner
- Scan attendee QR code
How to view attendees visited my booth?
- You have access to all scanned leads through your company profile.
- Login to conference app and tap on your booth and you will see your company profile
- You will see the list of attendees scanned at the booth
- Tap “Email Report” you will receive an email from events@apps4org.com
Note: Only the primary contact of your booth can access the leads.
How to select winner?
- Tap the “scanned leads” icon from the exhibitor profile page
- Tap “winner” icon next to the email report icon
- A popup will show the winner details
How to view product reviews submitted by attendees?
- You have access to all reviews submitted through your company profile.
- Login to conference app and tap on your booth and you will see your company profile
- You will see the list of reviews submitted by attednees
