Exhibitor Instructions Live Video Chat

Follow these steps to get ready before virtual exhibit hall hours. 

• Login to your conference site using the login credentials provided by your event organizer 

• Click on “Virtual Expo” or “Expo” menu item in the menu bar

• A few minutes before the exhibit hours, click on your booth

• In the popup tap, on Video Chat tab, you will be asked permission to access your camera and mic

• When attendees join, you can have live video conversations 

• Login using the steps listed above

• Your event organizer may have setup up one or more booths for you to test before the event

• Click on the test booths to see if your audio and video is are working
